OFC only uses transportation providers (bus/rail/boat) that have a proven safety record and are members of national travel and transportation organizations that require them to operate at the highest training and safety standards available in the industry. Our coach selection process is documented and available for review upon request.

OFC only uses hotels, attractions and foodservice establishments that have a proven record in the hospitality industry and are documented members of local, regional and national organizations that require them to adhere to the highest standards of professionalism.

OFC tours have the highest level of supervision possible. Our overnight student trips are supervised 24 hours a day using private security firms. (where available). Our Tour Leaders are trained to be safety conscious at all times and carry a copy of the OFC Emergency Guide with them which helps them deal with a variety of on-tour emergency situations. That guide is available to you upon request.

OFC emergency contact numbers as well as our continuously monitored toll-free number are provided to you prior to trip departure and a 24HR emergency line is available to non travelling relatives and associates who need to contact our clients in the event of a crisis at home or at the office.

OFC is a member of the American Bus Association (ABA), the Ontario Motor Coach Association (OMCA) and Motor Coach Canada.(MCC) Membership in these associations attests to the integrity of our organization and our continuous desire to meet and exceed the evolving standards of the group travel industry.

OFC operates under the regulatory policies of the Travel Council of Ontario (TICO). Our accreditation through TICO provides you with added assurance that your money is secure from the moment of your first deposit until your moment your group arrives home.
