We take safety seriously.   

• We only use transportation providers (bus/rail/boat) that have a proven safety record and are members of national organizations that require them to operate at the highest standard available in the industry.
• We only use hotels, attractions and foodservice establishments that have a proven record in the hospitality industry and are members of local, regional and national organizations that require them to operate at the highest standards.
• We work with you include the highest level of supervision possible. Our overnight student trips are supervised 24 hours a day because we provide night supervision using private security firms. (where available)
• Our Tour Leaders are trained to be safety conscious at all times and learn how to deal with a variety of emergency situations.
• Emergency telephone and other contact numbers as well as our continuously monitored toll-free number are provided to you prior to trip departure. 
• While on tour there is a 24HR emergency hotline should parents need to contact their children in the event of a crisis.

Memberships

We are a fully accredited travel provider with the Student and Youth Travel Association (SYTA). This elite accreditation status is awarded annually to travel companies who meet strict criteria for financial stability, insurance, safety, integrity, and service.  

We are also a member of the Ontario Motor Coach Association, Motor Coach Canada and the Travel Industry Council of Ontario. Membership in these associations attests to the financial integrity of our organization, and gives you added assurance that your money is secure and the operation of your tour is guaranteed
