The staff at Ontario’s Fun Connection have over 30 years of combined group tour experience. They also have years of first hand experience at the OMCA, ABA and NTA marketplaces.

Doug Jackson

General Manager of the Georgian Lakelands and Festival Country (Niagara & Mid Western) Travel Associations in the Province of Ontario, Director of Marketing for the Wheels Inn, a 350-room hotel in Southwestern Ontario, the first Tourism Coordinator for the City of Chatham and an instructor in the Tourism and Hospitality Programme at a Lambton College in Sarnia, Ontario. Doug also has experience in the airline industry in Ontario at several regional airports as well as Pearson International in Toronto and in the hotel industry in the Caribbean as well as the Pacific Rim.

Dave Welton

Born in New Brunswick and raised in Montreal, Dave is a retired elementary teacher with 33 years of teaching experience. An award winning teacher and with an extensive background in planning field trips, Dave continues his passion for life long learning by heading up Ontario’s Fun Connection’s educational tour department. Dave’s specialty is his ability to work with teachers in any grade and plan customized field trips that exceed students needs and teachers expectations.
